Credits and refunds will not be given for cancelled lessons and no-shows. However, if more than 24 hours notice is given, students may be able to avail of an alternate lesson time if their instructor has an open slot in their schedule (i.e. a cancellation by another student). This should be discussed with the student's instructor through email or in-person. Alternate timeslots are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor availability.
Credits, refunds, and substitutions cannot be given for group class absences.

Instructor + Studio Cancellations
Flex Days: Two additional weeks are built into the studio calendar to allow for instructor/studio cancellations, in situations related to weather, illness, performances, family commitments, etc. These are referred to as "Flex Days."

Any lessons cancelled by the instructor/studio beyond the two Flex Days will be made up on another date.
The studio also reserves the right to appoint a qualified substitute instructor if the regular instructor is unable to make a lesson/class.
