Notes & Reminders:

• Please read our 2024/2025 Studio Policies before registering. By completing registration, you agree to abide by these policies.

• Please submit 1 form per student.
  ​For those taking lessons from both instructors, please submit a form for each.
  
  
• In the event that multiple requests are received for the same timeslot, first priority will be given to the student that held the timeslot in 2023/2024, and then requests will be processed in the order that they are received ("first come first serve"). Please indicate all of your availability to increase your chance of getting a lesson time that works for you!
  
  
• As of July 2024, there will no longer be a convenience fee added for credit card/auto-payments.
